Last minute inspection before I fly out to buy the car

  I'm flying from Abu Dhabi to Dubai tomorrow to look at a 2019 Ford Mustang Bullitt that I've been dreaming about for years. The seller knows I'm coming from out of town and he's been accommodating so far. I want to get an inspection done before I hand over the money, but I only have a two hour window before I need to catch my flight back. I found a company that offers Fast Car Assessment Dubai Marina and they said they can do a rush inspection in about 75 minutes, focusing on the major things like engine, transmission, frame, and flood damage. They'll skip some of the cosmetic checks to save time. Is this a terrible idea? Should I reschedule my flight and give them more time? I'm torn because I've been searching for this car for six months and I don't wanna lose it. But I also don't wanna buy a car with hidden problems just because I was in a hurry.
