导出博客文章GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Randall Cobb wont miss two games in a row, but Clay Matthews
will.The Green Bay Packers activated their starting receiver for Sundays game
against the Indianapolis Colts but will wait at least another week for their top
outside linebacker. Both missed last Sundays loss at Atlanta because of
hamstring injuries.But it wasnt all bad news for the Green Bay defense: It got
back one of its top three cornerbacks in Quinten Rollins, who had missed the
past three games because of a groin injury. It will still be without Sam Shields
(on injured reserve because of a concussion) and Damarious Randall (groin), but
it will also have cornerback Demetri Goodson, who was cleared from the
concussion protocol.Before missing last weeks loss at Atlanta, Cobb had not
missed a game since Week 16 of the 2013 season.Cobb said this week that he hoped
his absence would be a one-time thing, but he said he knew that it would be
smart to play it safe for the good of the season.Youve got to look at the big
picture, Cobb said earlier this week. Nine games in a row coming up. We dont
really have a bye, we dont have much time [off], its going to go straight into
the playoffs. We have to make sure that were looking big picture.Matthews had
sounded more optimistic than Cobb about playing. Matthews said Ill be out there
when asked this past week if he would play against the Colts.The Packers other
inactives in addition to Matthews and Randall were running back James Starks,
tight end Jared Cook, tackle Kyle Murphy, center JC Tretter and DT Christian
Ringo.The Packers also got receiver/running back Ty Montgomery back after he
missed the Atlanta game because of complications from sickle cell trait.
