Most notably, Nurse and Theodore limited the Americans first-liners to just one point last game. Expect the defensive pair to be as effective against Denmark.Danish revelation: Denmark is led by Columbus Blue Jackets prospect Oliver Bjorkstrand. The 19-year-old has four goals and an assist through four games. Bjorkstrand scored twice in regulation time and once more in the shootout to give Denmark a 4-3 win over Switzerland this week — the first ever world junior victory for the country.
